Any news on Orukpe?

Ehimen does a pretty good job of getting position. I guess the team just doesn't trust him enough yet. There have been times where I've been begging someone to throw him the ball.

I believe that he even commented on the Drake post game that there was still a matter of trust to be overcome. It sounds like he is believing in himself more and more and wants very much to instill that trust in his teammates. With the lack of height at SIU I'm hoping we throw it high and lead him to the basket. Should be fun.

They are. Lately, he just seems more comfortable and intuitive on the court. A lot of upside remains but the arrow is definitely pointing upward for EO.

Orukpe's problem has always been that he is too smart. His brain is just now starting to get out of the way and let his hands and feet make the plays. And don't forget, his ankle is still only 65%...

I also expected him to have a problem staying on the floor due to fouls. He has improved dramatically in this area and is the reason he is having such a significant impact, I believe.

Yes, I agree. I have noticed that he seems very foul avoidance conscious. I have noticed that when a foul is called on him, EO has a look of dejection.
