We just completed a perfect regular season. Why are we bickering? Enjoy the ride my friends!
Go Shocks!
I dared to say that a specific compliment of the Shox was based in a false premise and some on here with poor reading comprehension skills turned it into a debate about topics that I never even argued in my original comment.

A comment was made about WSU's weak SOS last year.
I said that it was an error to call last year's SOS weak.
Therefore, any argument made based on this error would be based on a faulty premise.
No strawman there. Just simple logic.
Strength of schedule is the straw man. I said, don't respond to the straw man. Whether the SOS is the same or worse this year is inconsequential.

Mike Lupica of Sports Reporters was arguing that SOS won't hinder the Shox this year.
I have been agreeing with that general idea.
Everyone else here seems to agree with that general idea.
Nobody (at least that I can tell) is arguing otherwise.
I was arguing about the truthfulness of Mike's specific comment, not the idea in general.
Goodness, this should have been soooo simple. Don't make it harder than it is.
Mitchell Wiggins, for one, likes the Shockers’ chances after watching Nick become “a hungrier player than when he came, a better player.’’ He is in his second season at WSU after transferring from Wabash Valley (Ill.) College.
“This team is better than all the skeptics will ever say,’’ Mitchell said. “I think they’re deeper and more athletic, and the coach trusts his bench more this year. The sky is the limit. They could win it all.’’
Interesting advice from Bobby Knight. The one thing to do right now to improve a team before the ncaa tourney: practice less.
I hope Coach Marshall doesn't change his practice style by practicing less based on what Bobby Knight said in the interview. Coach Marshall should continue to do what he's been doing that got us to this point in the first place. You don't want to mess with success. Now if he's already been cutting back on practice, then that's another story.

Posts like this should be preceded with OT (for On-Topic) or perhaps posted in a different color. I know I would find that very helpful in navigating posts.
Doug Collins throws a little love our way referring to Tom Thibodeau coaching angry like Wichita State in Bulls Knicks game.
No TM sighting during game...Knicks are awful.
Glad I didn't go to the game today, then, if no TM sighting!

I think HCGM has already been cutting back on practice.
Can anyone direct me as to how you find this "Sports Reporters"?
Thanks, in advance.
I didn't see any video on their website, but they also have a podcast. I did a quick search of TV listings and it doesn't look like any repeats are going to be on before the next new show next weekend.
On Apple TV when you click on Featured, College Basketball, it now shows a shot of shocker fans in Koch as the Icon for all of College Basketball. pretty cool.
And I guess he hopes WSU doesn't win the National Championship. Because apparently, he's going to be dancing naked in the streets somewhere. I guess you better be careful what you type next time KC. Or better yet, start respecting your team a little bit more.
He's already practicing...
