Long Beach won late last night. Colorado State whipped Vegas in Vegas. St Louis drilled 0-22 NC A&T. OSU beat UWV in Morgantown. Louisville pounded BC @ BC. South Dakota State won it's 3rd straight and 4 of 5 against ORU. I'd like to see them win 4 of their last 5 or so and boost the RPI a tad.



OU folded late (again) at Texas Tech. Tulsa was spanked at SMU. The MEAC continues to hurt us as SC State loses at home to Norfolk State and MES beat Coppin State, but still, it's Coppin State. LSU was really never in the game at home to TA&M and MSU was off.

Our hope for a team working it's way into the Top 100 now solely rests on Colorado State. They need to go 5-2 or 4-3 and perform well in the MWC tournament. Remaining games are Utah State, Fresno State, @ Wyoming, @ New Mexico, San Diego St, Wyoming and @ Nevada.

Can we PLEASE make it a policy to NEVER schedule a MEAC (or SWAC too since we are setting official policy) ever again???

Loyola looks very similar to their 2015 team which went 10-2 in non-con, then 8-10 in MVC play.

At least they aren't Drake.

Pretty funny how much crap I caught for posting this back when Loyola was 9-2.

7-7 since. Merely 6-6 in an MVC that is just begging a 3rd team to emerge out of the mediocrity. Currently headed for an RPI in the 140s. Not even going to sniff the NIT.
