All it will do is make transfers even more common. There isn't enough plying time to go around with 13 schollies.

Schools like UK, Duke, etc. will have three more scholarships to give out. That will take a bunch of players away from fringe schools.

Hell, Mcduffie might have gotten a LOT more attention if "blue bloods" had three more schollies to give out.

Other places are saying Semi would still have 2.5 years left. So it is a weird situation.

If Semi gets no penalty for playing this semester, I suspect WSU to challenge and make Conner eligible immediately next season. Why penalize a kid for sitting out a whole semester?
