I kind of feel like the damage is done here, and we might not be able to attract a "name" coach in the short term with our budget constraints. We might need Saal to go find us an undiscovered "Winthrop" coach, with a little fire and vision and maybe a little less temper. IB's a nice guy, and I'd love to see his succeed, but I don't think he has time for that to happen under the new NIL world.

Are you happy about last Saturday?
Still happy about your woke agenda and HCGM witch hunt?
Such a total Duumbass.
That is all.Above all, make the right call.

He has all the money he will ever need.
He might have zero desire to deal with the NIL world.
He is going to be 60 in February.
I mean, I agree with you. Dude should absolutely be able to coach if he still wants that.
But what we aren’t considering is that Gregg might be perfectly content to sit on the beach and play golf for the rest of his days. If he wanted back in the game, I think he’d more likely to take a TV gig than to coach again.

-Winner wherever he's been
-165-15 as a Juco Head Coach in Florida
-Assistant Coach for D1 winning programs and winning coaches such as GM, Steve Forbes, and Will Wade
-FVV and Ron Baker speak highly of him
-Assistant Head Coach at LSU
-Demanding and fiery but has boundaries as he showed when coaching with Gregg
-Proven recruiter and evaluator of D1 players
-Could be gotten for 800K to 1 M.
Maybe he's a jerk, but I've heard nothing negative about him.

Not good for GH. It's fine to advise your players to consult with an attorney before speaking with LEO but it's a grave sin to hightail it out of town after authorities informed you of their plans to speak with team members. If that was Greg's executive decision then it was a terrible one. At the very least it looks like a cover up. He should have consulted university officials/counsel before skipping town.
