    UTEP is C-USA tenant. Middle of the pack team. But hey, at least he will be familiar with most of the new AAC dogs.
    Interesting UTEP played NMSU twice last year - got popped both times.

    If SNers were looking a bomb shell hire, on the surface this isn't it.
    But at least it made WStateU get the skin fuzzies!

    That is all.
    He was barely there. Not saying he won’t flame out but anything UTEP shaming is really not applicable.

    All he has to be able to do is use Venmo anonymously and tamper through third parties and we win.

      You may well be correct that this isnt a great hire. I am not annointing him as the next coming by any means....but he was also only at UTEP for 1 year I believe. So not much time to judge his recruiting to UTEP.

      Now he doesn't appear to be a very good X and O's guy, which concerns me the most with this staff.....so I doubt this is gonna give us much of a bump regardless.

      Guess we will find out!

                          I still think if we at least hold onto Pohto, Council and Porter we will be somewhat ok....all things considered.

                          Just hoping Council comes back and no surprises from Pohto or Porter.

                            Recruiting during Covid was garbage. Hard to judge the past two classes for anyone other than the cheaters, really.

                              Taylor Eldridge has stated he believes Pohto, Ricks, and Abbide will all be back next season. With the transfer portal, it really isn't hard to rebuild a team in one offseason.
