I think we’ve conversed enough that we probably think a lot alike. I’m with you in giggling at overzealous fandom from our former Valley brethren.

BUT…this is why I hate the NCAA and picking and choosing when things are important and when things aren’t. Why isn’t Loyola a shoo-in for an at-large? They are right around 30 in NET, I believe. Hell, Houston is a single digit NET but didn’t make Top 16 that NCAA released last week (unless I’m blind…not out of realm of possibility).

Do the NET rankings matter? If so, let’s mirror them a little better in prognostications. If NET doesn’t matter, THEN WHY THE **** DOES IT EXIST? I’m so absolutely tired of this attitude of using something or not using something based solely on how it fits the narrative that is being portrayed.

It was really nice to see Baylor whip the Chickens last night. Probably won't hear from cold for a while.

That being said, the second half was barely watchable because of all of the fouls being called. Almost every possession had a whistle. Maybe one of the b12 fans on this board, Kel or Sub, would know; are b12 games always foul fests like last nights game in Waco? Unwatchable.

TCU showed what you can do when you got guards that can dribble, pass, and shoot.Miles and Baugh are tough. When they went to the cup, they finished. They also had rim protectors. We do Not have any rim protectors on this team. There is a reason that Craig Porter a guard leads this team in block shots. TE is no Miles for TCU. But hey we can always shoot 5 for 33 against Tulsa tomorrow. Clangggggggg

Wichita opens at three point favorites in Web Vegas assumes will be a low-scoring game (135.5). call me crazy but taking wichita to cover after the bloodbath on sunday in a mean reversion / motivation game.
