What is difficult to measure is how a player of that size affects the entire game. It's so much more than points and rebound.
His presence commands defensive reaction. How does his ability to post free up other spots? Even 1 more open 3 for Fred, Ron and Conner, at 50% success is worth 4.5 points a game. I'm sure the Houston GM could present an entire matrix of statistics, but a kid like that likely makes everyone better. A kid like this makes the entire offense better. Defense however is certainly more of a question mark.
