It would of been one thing if it were buried in the thread, but your inability to read just a few posts prior to yours makes me wonder exactly what it is you deem difficult.

But, by all means, act like I'm the lazy one when you're wanting to be spoonfed information.

there was a rumor about him possibly going somewhere else but quite frankly that rumor ain't worth a velvet painting of a whale and a dolphin gettin' it on.

          • Yeah, I don't even know why they allow comments on a news site.

I mean, best case scenario... the commenter adds something to the story. But what reporter wants to be scooped by an Internet commenter?

I'm going to sit back and have PRIVATE expectations. Some of you are nervous nellies. I'm willing to wait and let him get here, have Coach work with him, and we'll see where that leads. All these high expectations are giving me a headache. And I'm afraid some of you have such high hopes -- well, it's a long way down if you fall. Not saying that there is any cause for thinking EO is not as he has been described, but it would probably make Coach feel a little easier if the enthusiasm is kept under control.

We'll see what GM has to say once EO gets here. If you will remember, Coach kept trying to caution everyone about high expectations for a really good season last year -- and he was right. If he starts with that same line where EO is concerned, maybe we best listen.

Are you implying in some roundabout way that Coach Marshall knows more about basketball and what the expectations should be more than those people who post on Shockernet??
W-e-l-l now -- I certainly would never want to pi$$ any Shockernet poster off by saying that -- some of them have been mighty helpful in teaching me more about this game I love. I never played as I have had a very bad ankle for years, so the patient posters here on Shockernet have been very kind to me by answering my questions, some of which I am sure they found very elementary. I just don't want to see them get so high on this kid, only to have the rug pulled out from under them if something were to happen, or not happen, as the case may be.

I have trouble believing that Gregg Marshall would have sent Coach Gross clear over to Nigeria so he could help EO get over here only to let him go to another school. I don't know of anyone who would call Marshall stupid.

                      The game is rather easy.

Develop a cross over dribble, which is better than Allen Iverson's.

Plus shoot about 40%-45% from 3.

If you are a guard, that should do it.
