Looking at the AP poll:

Teams that the Shox could pass:
#12 UNC losing big at unranked Pitt today will hurt them. That is UNC's only game this week.
#14 Iowa State already lost @ #17 Oklahoma. A loss at home to #21 West Virginia today would really make for a bad week.

Teams immediately behind the Shox:
#16 Baylor with 2 tough losses this week. They shouldn't be passing the #15 Shox on any ballots next week. (assuming WSU beats IlSt. today)
#17 Oklahoma with one good win over #14 Iowa State already this week. A win @ K-State today and they probably pass WSU.
#18 Butler hosts #6 Villanova in their only game this week. Butler could get a huge jump from a win like that.

It is unlikely anyone besides OU or Butler passes WSU. There are still some big games to be played yet today, but it looks to me like WSU will likely be #15 again next week. With that said, I could see anywhere between #13 and #17 depending on how the remaining games play out.
