There's a completely different situation/scenario then than there is now. Beating a Top 6 team on their home floor is slightly more relevant than beating Bimbo State at home whenever.

WSU is currently #15 in the AP.
OU is currently #16.

Without the OU loss to "Bimbo State", OU would have been ranked ahead of WSU all this time.

Good wins help. Bad losses hurt. Both are relevant.

It was interesting to notice the crowd at the OU/TX game. Two Top-20 teams and the arena was far from full. OU jumped out quickly and never gave the crowd(?) much chance to get involved. I understand it's a football school but that was a pathetic showing by their fans. This makes me proud of the support that we are able to muster for the Shockers.

I spoke too soon. 38-36 ole miss at half. Rebels shot very well, Kentucky very poorly. Will be tough for Ole Miss to pull this one out.

Kentucky just failed the OLD WstateU eye test; they're not a top 10 TEAM regardless of their NBA talent. The #1 team should NEVER trail at the half; they've trailed 3 games now. I see chemistry issues brewing. If they go down tonight, I'll 'streak' at Koch tomorrow night... you'll want to be there! :)
