Pierre has played against Rogers all year and he must think that Beverly will be ahead of him also. It’s interesting that a year ago he must have thought that he could earn playing time but now he has doubts.

Today is the first day of the spring signing period. What a change the portal has brought when this doesn’t even get mentioned. I wonder if Mills is recruiting any high schoolers or juco players.

Due to the popularity of the portal, there are bound to be some key Juco and 3-4 star high school players that might be overlooked?

Have to figure Tulane will be in the mix for JPJ since he's local and dropped 30 against them in NOLA. He could either play alongside Jaylen Forbes if he gets a waiver or sit for a year and serve as Jaylen Forbes' replacement in 2024-25.

If by coaching chops you also mean recruiting chops then yes, we will get to see. I'm cautiously excited to see how the roster fills in. I think essentially starting from scratch isn't the worst thing in the world. He has to have guys who want to be here and will 100% buy in.

We've been playing dribble dribble dribble-jack up a 3 pointer for the past few years. I'm hoping that we are getting more players who pass and play team ball.

WSU has basically had a brand new roster three of the last four years. Us fans are getting really good at learning new names!

For all the Pierre haters, brace yourself. He’ll go P5. My guess is he was tampered with and will end up at Arkansas. He didn’t go to coaches press conference. He didn’t get an NIL agreement with Armchair. I think the decision was made right after the previous staff was let go.
