Cessna Stadium and the land it sits on likely has a negative value. Demo costs have to exceed fair market value for similar improvements, in similar condition and states of utility, by wide margin.

Given all the car washes popping up around Wichita, WSU should just turn it into a huge car wash. People drive in and park their cars on the track and have refreshments in tents on the infield grass while the car gets washed. Make a NIL deal with a local car wash company where students wash the cars - wouldn't even need to be athletes.
