This is going to make retaining a great coach more difficult. It's going to feel mid-majorish again, if we even can get to some equilibrium that resembles anything close to the CBB landscape we are used to.

Shocker Netters, let’s get it right. Charles Koch has his name on the arena. He is still very active running Koch even thou he is in his 80’s. His son Chase is a very big Shox fan. Chase and his kids can regularly be seen at Koch Arena. He is going thru a divorce that was referenced earlier in this thread. Chase is in his mid 40’s. Chase is a very successful leader of Koch Industries. I have no idea whether either Charles or Chase have any interest in further supporting WSU. I suspect they were more interested in supporting the SHOX when FHCGM was our head coach and also before Ivanka Trump got cancelled. All speculation on my part. All I can say for sure if you want the SHOX to compete moving forward I would suggest you think about financially kicking in some money toward the NIL collective.

I can understand their support for Marshall, but why anyone would care what Ivanka has to say about anything is beyond me.
