I have a brisket on 1 smoker slowly turning to homemade pastrami, 18 lbs of pork shoulder on the other, a case of Full Sail Amber I bootlegged in, tonight we will be making the best Cuban sandwiches ever and celebrating in the back yard.

It's Eastern Time.
