A lifetime of suckling at the taxpayer teat, going from basically nothing to a net worth of close to 9 effing figures, and she has the audacity to blame the shop owner and accuse her of setting her up...by having her own assistant set it up? You could not make it up if you tried.

And that she'll get away with it, and still be the speaker, tells you exactly how effed up our political system is today. Shameful.
It is really shameful. The political class has set themselves up as an oligarchy.

If you're a democrat and you don't think it's ridiculous, then there is no hope for you ever having a single, solitary ounce of individual impartial thought ever again.

      • Rules don't apply to them. It is do as they say not as they do, because they are above the law and reproach. Same goes for King Newsome out here in Coocoofornia. He preaches and lectures everyone all day from mount high without a care in the world while people are losing their businesses because of his idiotic color coded system of "re-opening". It's an effing joke.

        • This pretty much encapsulates how politicians and those around them see the world. Reminder U.S. Bates is a very wealthy congressman. And his some Master Bates, LOL, is his son.

Former Rep. Katie Hill says she's 'skeptical' of impending coronavirus vaccine

'Right in time for the reelection of our very own dictator,' Hill said of the targeted vaccine timeline
“It’s very irresponsible how people are trying to politicize notions of delivering a vaccine,” Azar said. “We already have a significant challenge in this country with vaccine hesitancy.”

“Any vaccine that comes out is going to meet FDA’s gold standards for authorization or licensure,” he added. “The president’s made that clear. I’ve made that clear. The FDA commissioner has made that clear.”
Katie Hill should be publicly admonished for her comments. It's the right move politically, but EXTREMELY harmful towards the goal of getting everybody safe and healthy. It's time somebody stops making the smart political move and starts making the one with the PEOPLE's best interests in mind. Trump is as guilty of this as anyone. Stop the ***** trolling and focus on the task. The second this country was attacked by the virus all politics should have stopped. Remember 9/11? I can't remember very much political bullshit going on then. America was united against a common enemy. Today we also have a common enemy. I don't know who carries the lion's share of dialing everything up to full political retard, but I'm so sick and tired of it.

To this day, we still have retarded Fox News acolytes opining about the needlessness of masks... Really??? I haven't been able to watch a single Fox News clip or listen to talk radio without being bombarded by the dripping sarcasm aimed at every legitimate healthcare expert involved in this pandemic. It's utterly sickening.

I sound just like a Libtard now I know. I never used to be this way. One of two things have happened: Either Conservative media has their heads so far up Trump's ass they can see his tonsils, or I am just realizing how backwards and sinister the Conservative propagandist machinery really is. I hope it's the former and this will all ultimately start to correct itself. I will tell you this, I certainly haven't started watching CNN/LSDNC. I've been a man without a news home for several months now. I guess it's really not that bad being unaffiliated. But I did like to listen to the occasional talk radio show segment when I was on the road. I actually had Jim Rome on the other day. He appears to have gone full Libtard. Wow!

            • It goes both ways Cold. The Dems are just as guilty (more in my opinion) of politicizing this and polarizing the country as the Republicans and Trump. They have orchestrated this every move since Covid and then the protests in hopes that it would be the hail mary to cure their butthurtedness from 2016 that they can't seem to accept and move on from. Never in my life have I seen such a scorned bride as the Dems who were left at the Hillary alter in 2016 holding nothing but their dying bouquet of socialistic dreams.

              • Now this is a humorous story. Nancy Pelosi who has been a mask Nazi on President Trump and others, enters a San Francisco salon (who has been shuttered for months and whose business is hanging by a thread) without a mask and when exposed, she throws the salon owner under the bus. Pelosi who is a billionaire could have just hired a beautician to come to her home. NP is one powerful and egotistical woman.

The Democrat Party swamp is one hypocritical place.

                  I don't think Pelosi is a billionaire.

                    1/10th billionaire...

Pelosi's husband, Paul Pelosi, owns and operates Financial Leaving Services, a California real estate and venture capital investment and consulting firm. Their holdings include $46.5 million in real estate and various blue-chip stock holdings in companies like Apple, Facebook and Disney.

According to Al Gore, she is.

So you agree and think she was set up?

So? You find someone else that can do an in house, or you wait. Like everyone else. You can't be set up if you act like normal people act. She acted out of privilege and it bit her in the ass. When it bit her in the ass, she claimed set up.
There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, and everything else is cream cheese.
