What Bruce said was the Shocks expect all but one of their new recruits in town in the coming week.
We think Chadrick is not coming until July 1, which on the surface could mean that Teddy is on his way. On the other hand it is also possible that Teddy is no long considered a "new recruit" if he is a non-qualifier. So until we have some credible evidence confirming his status one way or the other we are are in the twilight zone.Comment
