Officiating and all these new rules rolled out every year are absolutely killing college basketball. I actually find NBA games more entertaining anymore. Still nothing can beat watching the Shockers of course. But I'm far less likely to watch any other NCAA game. (I CERTAINLY no longer watch MVC games without the Shockers).

Remember when Nancy Pelosi said about Obamacare:
"We have to pass it, to find out what's in it".
A physician called into a radio show and said:
"That's the definition of a stool sample."

2. Refs are actually bribed by the home team; (highly unlikely and maybe one chance in fifty).
3. Refs have no stones and are afraid the crowd will descend on them and hurt them; (possible, maybe one chance in five.)
4. Refs have be instructed to let any close calls go in the home team's favor; (very possible, guessing one chance in two).
5. Refs have been instructed not to make any calls at all on the games final possession; (very possible, again guessing one chance in two).

It's funny how their whole new emphasis of the rules this year, we've seen a million travel calls this year where a guy starts to drag his pivot foot a millisecond before his dribble starts and this dude damn near picks up his dribble at half court and the ref standing 5ft away doesn't see it? I know they're human and will make mistakes, or some calls are 50/50 and could go either way but how in the hell do they miss this? There's no way they missed this. They should change the rules to allow for refs to review if traveling took place as well when it's at the end of a game.

Sure the call last night was obvious, but what about the ticky tack travel calls we are seeing more of this season? Pretty soon you might have a situation where coaches are asking for reviews on nearly every possession in the last 2 minutes and the call becomes stupidly complex like what is and what is not a catch in the NFL. Then people say 'well, we can review traveling, so why not block/charge or common fouls? Is it a can of worms that should be opened?
