My guess at it...I hate putting Duke at 1 seed and I will be pissed if the committee did a rope a dope with their comments yesterday. Sorry Illinois State I think your first team out. Syracuse better not get in. Oregon I struggled with last 2 or first 3 basing on injury of their 1 player.

I don't see much difference between being a 7,8,9,10. I was actually hoping we would fall to an 11 and get a 3 in the second round. Once you're higher than a 7, it's best to be as high of a seed as possible IMO. I care much less about the seed line and much more that the committee constantly matches the mid major at larges against each other. It's almost comical at this point.

My "super early brief glance look" tells me that Palm did "average" this year and will not finish in the top 25% of bracketologists on the matrix. I can't tell if he will even finish top half. He might, but he's definitely not blowing away the average blogger.

This will be his 6th consecutive year of being tracked on the matrix, and his 6th consecutive year of failing to finish in the top quarter. And don't forget, he gets paid to spend his time doing this. Most matrix entries are amateur bloggers doing it in their spare time.
