I don't see Landry taking minutes from McDuffie.

Fred and Ron will see 35 minutes a game come tournament time. Zach, Connor, McDuffie, and Landry all left to play the three and ten minutes of rest for Fred and Ron.

This only makes sense if McDuffie is taking away Evan and RK's minutes at the four, otherwise Landry coming back is a waste.

Interestingly, last year, Fred and Ron averaged 36.5 mins/gm in the 3 tournament games. I think this year's team has better options to fill time while they sit, so they might not need to play quite as much, but still, I agree that Fred and Ron will eat up nearly all the available minutes at the 1 & 2 once the tournament rolls around. Ron will spend a few of his minutes at the 3 spot, but I do wonder how Conner and Landry would share the remaining scraps. Conner has been averaging 16-17 mins/gm recently. Hard to see Landry/Conner combining for more than 20-25 per game.

Depth like this is a good problem.

If they decide on a medical redshirt, is Landry for sure shut down for the rest of the year or can they decide to play him like they did with Nurger? Fred picks up 2 quick fouls in the national championship, is Landry suited up on the bench or is he in the stands? No one would disagree that you pull a redshirt in that situation, right?
