I don't really care either way, but if ILS gets in and is seeded 12th/13th they will have managed to beat two teams the previous weekend in the same seeding range as their first round opponent.
On the other hands UNI being seeded higher does have a certain expected value over them being lower so it is not as simple as saying ILS making it is +1.0 rounds in terms of the payout. Who knows how much the expected value goes up for UNI but some fraction.
