I don't know about that. I'd like to see the birds win it. We'd have 2 wins against another tourney team, more exposure/money for the conference. We complain about not getting more teams in the dance, now we have a chance and people root against it.

Has anyone commented on how an isu win would help our resume? Wouldn't that give us possibly 2 more top 50 wins and make the loss yesterday look better? Am I seeing that correctly? Wouldn't isu move to the top 50 rpi?

I don't like those chumps either. But if it helps us in any way I can put that aside.

Regardless of what the Redturds do, we're still gonna get screwed on the seeding. Nobody is gonna respect Illinois State if they crack the top 50 (which they won't anyways). This was a team beaten by Utah State, SIU, and swept by Indiana State. Them making the tournament would make our league look like garbage.

Oh, and it's the Redturds. And I love their NCAA-less streak since 98.

Maybe you guys should've won a top 50 game besides UNI. Dont blame ISU for your weak resume from a national perception. Everyone in the Valley and on this board knows what the Shockers are capable of. They seem to be even better with a chip on their shoulders.

I'm with you. I want 3 teams in. I don't want to be seeded lower than UNI either. Illinois State beat us fair and square yesterday with really hot shooting. I'm pretty well aware that second half was probably a fluke but it would be nice to have 3 teams making noise. That's good money for the Valley, too.

I also don't want to be getting trolled immediately.

I'd love to see three teams in the tourney, but ever since what went down in the 2012 semis and @ ISUr in 2013 , I'm not sure I could EVER root for them.

Not to mention, some of their fans were very rude to our fans when we played them in STL in 2013: throwing stuff, cursing at old ladies, etc. I know it's not all of their fans, but you know what they say about bad apples.
