I don't think I'll ever be happy that "someone else did". This is a losing (losers) game. No edge.

Looks like we're getting a solid defender who can score the bucket and get to the line regularly. One downside is that he's not a great 3 point shooter, but looks like the only negative against him.

Eh. Might be slightly better, mostly because there seems to be a decent PG added.

The shooter isn't quite as good a shooter, but does many other things better. Slight edge to new guy.

I still don't think we're going to be a very good shooting team. We might be a little better defensively. Still a lot of questions out there for me.

Imo, a lot better. We lost a lot of games purely down to the fact that we had so many atomic bombs, turn over after turnover. That lost us more games than bad three point shooting and bad presence inside and bad defense. We just couldn’t dribble or pass.

that should change with our PG now. Overall I feel more optimistic, provided that our players continue to improve

Better than last year. Cortes will come in without the rust, that will help a lot. Bell will be moved off ball, that will help a lot. Actual SEC PG will help a lot. A second guy that can play the 4 helps a lot. The only thing that hurts is losing Roger's shooting. Bringing in 3 new guys that can all shoot the 3 will make the defense play the rest of the team out to the 3 point line. At least I hope they can all shoot the 3. Also, if I'm XB, my ass is shooting 300 threes a day.

I think the potential is there to be a decent amount better. But there are a TON of factors that will play into that. We will see.

I think we'll be better. We're not very big so I am concerned about them finding another reliable big guy. We let so many games slip away late last year. Struggled with pressure and turn overs. An experienced PG can make those problems go away immediately.

Potential to be better. But we are only a back flare up away from having no one taller than 6'6 on the court. Gotta have another 5 to feel confident
