I was leaning toward wanting a change, but that was assuming we could get someone like Jans or Kelsey. If we end up with scraps we would have been better off keeping IB.

My hope is that involving Spradlin is professional courtesy to a former colleague (i.e. not a serious candidate, but you are willing to throw his name in the mix because his name being associated with your job helps him get attention for other jobs).
