Don't think the agents aren't taking 12% also. Probably kickbacks from steering them to friendly accountants as well.

I have a feeling there may be a 4th one - the same politicians and courts that were involved a few years ago get involved again to reform it.

        • A entirely new sub-specialty for lawyers is coming to roost in all of this. Some real coin to be made by the barristers who specialize in writing and enforcing the language of these NIL contracts.

A bunch of teenagers are gonna become adults real quick-like, and it ain't gonna have nothing to do with actions in the bedroom.

Could probably say the same thing for CPA's.

EDIT: Guess shockm sorta-kinda beat me to the point.

I'm guessing the all-academic award goes by the wayside.

            • When will the cheerleaders start negotiations for NIL deals. This is gonna get expensive. The "hotties" could make some real bank.

Problem is .. I bet anything they try to do ends up in court where they likely lose.

                            • I wonder how many seasons it will take before there will be one division, maybe 40 schools, involved with the NIL, and the rest of the schools making up a division of non-NIL schools? The guys who have no aspirations of going pro but playing college ball. Not wanting pay, but wanting a scholarship, or maybe just playing time.
