Wife and I submitted a small but meaningful donation to the university recently—an amount that would send a kid to school almost for free, akin to what the university gave us when we were young students. Upon submitting, I told the staff that I want to give money to the athletic department next year and going forward, but would not be able to do so as long as Darron was AD.
Again, I’m not writing anywhere near the big checks some are, but it it’s a small protest that hopefully grows with numbers.
Both breaks my heart and makes me so happy to see Jans have success… should have been here.

I honestly don’t think they are prepared for what’s going to happen.
Will Mum be too busy to care still though?

Am I living in a dream world right now if I believe that there is currently a text chain going around with all the big donors talking about how to get the money to buy out IB and bring in Jans immediately?? As a proud alum and season ticket holder, I feel like we are in a very desperate situation. Another year of status quo, this program is going to be set so far back, it will take YEARS to recover. However, if we do something about this RIGHT NOW, this program can be saved. I know if I had the money, I would be doing what I can to save this program. I hope others, the ones with the money, feel the same way.

I would kindly suggest that no one take it out on the ticket office staff. Most are either very minimally paid or not paid at all. They don’t deserve your frustrations.
If you want to vent, vent to someone with a significant title, Assoc AD (or even DB himself…good luck with that) etc. Simply not renewing will send the message, imo.

Nothing is going to happen right now."He called me around noon and was thrilled," Brandt said. "He said he was going to be a Shocker forever." -- RIP Guy, you WILL indeed be a Shocker forever!

Patty on the bandwagon based on a couple tweets yesterday -
and in another - https://twitter.com/PattyBeamer/stat...61055334596609 - she says Teddy Allen left WSU because "This was a direct result of the AD. Teddy was not given any benefit of the doubt. The AD couldn’t get him off the team fast enough."
Maybe she was hoping both Marshall and Boatright would have been let go based on the Marshall articles and investigation. Not responsible for damage from posts that sail over the reader's head.
