Everytime Kennesaw state gets close, a mystery foul gets called. 9 fouls to 4 in the second half

Really not true. Kennesaw was being very, very aggressive on defense forcing calls. The game had little flow and Kennesaw was successful in dictating tempo and creating the exact rock fight they wanted. The foul discrepancy was in relation to the type of game Kennesaw played.

That said, Creighton does have lots and lots of issues. 1 for 19 on three point shooting is not going to win any games against even marginally better opponents. And that poor shooting is just a little worse than the other night. Combine that with abysmal free throw shooting and the season looks bad for the Bluejays. It's only two games, but it looks like suburban horse will not be a winning strategy for Creighton. If the shooting picks up and they start to limit turnovers, they could be fine, but early on this has all the looks of a long, long season for Creighton.

I don't see the American East getting 3 to 4 bids. Though they may have a better chance at 2 than the MVC at this point.
