I drove by the area where the sign is supposed to be (headed west on Kellogg, close to Washington), yesterday at 6-7 o'clock ish, and didn't see a sign yet.

I drove down Kellogg also - found out it is a digital sign. I saw the last seconds of it before it changed to another ad.

If it's just on an LED board then that's sorta lame, considering the scale of the event.

                          • About the last thing drivers on Kellogg need is another distraction.

The guy in what looks to be maybe a Black Ford Pick-up at the top of the hill looks like he is about to cut off the guy to his right as well.
