I like kielbasa as well.

If you ever get to Texas, go over to Elgin (just east of Austin on U.S.290) and try the hot gut sausage. But it is not pre-smoked like most kielbasa.

It is much hotter, though, than most hot links (and does not have the nitrates for preservatives, meaning you have to thoroughly cook it).

Just off hand ~ I remember having to park West of the Roundhouse on Stadium street in the 1980's! Shockers were to hot to handle back then just like now!!!
