We carried the old Big East while we were a member, and we are carrying the AAC even though we are a little down right now. I hope you guys stay good so we can get some exciting games between our schools.

You guys will also love our lady Huskies. I am pretty confident they will win the next 3 national championships. They will help boost your women's basketball.
Yeah, even though UConn will now probably break their record 111 wins in a row with something like 240 wins in a row I look forward to watching the beatdowns in person. It is freaking insane!!

Try thinking about the MVC saying those things.
      The Video was pretty cool.

        • Welcome aboard, Shockers!

You will greatly enjoy this conference. Not without its warts, but much better than the (current) MVC.

Kudos and congrats, esp. to Dr Beggs and Dr Bardo for having the vision and savvy to take the university to a higher level.

              • A glorious day to be a Shocker fan. Thank you AD Boatright and President Bardo for making this dream come true.
Shocker fan for life after witnessing my first game in person, the 80-74 win over the #12 Creighton Bluejays at the Kansas Coliseum.

                  • Anyone know if the press conference will be streamed for us out of towners?

                            • Where does this thread stack up in shockernet hof? Assuming EO still retains the top spot.

                              • What a Friday. Shortly after hearing the official announcement, my workplace got evacuated because of a chemical spill at the nearby Air Force Base gate. So now I'm home, watching the Masters and watching this all unfold. It's a great day to be a Shocker! Now back to trolling the web.
