Iran is attacking bases for over a year, and then kills an American contractor. Biden retaliates and then Iran attacks back. Biden lets it be known he doesn't want conflict with Iran. Incidentally, Biden is still working on a treaty with Iran behind the scenes during the entire these conflicts are escalating, taking off sanctions, etc.
Russia hits a U.S. drone. Biden makes public comments that we don't want conflict, and doesn't retaliate.
It becomes known that China has a program (and has flown many balloon surveillance over N. America, South America, Latin America including Hawaii, andMexico) and flies a balloon directly over Canadian and American air space, military facilities, and the entire U.S. Biden makes it known publicly that the U.S. doesn't wish conflict with China. Meanwhile, China is spending lots of money on relations with these missions in the seas around Japan, Australia, and Hawaii, and we are passive. China is also buying all of Russia's oil.
China also is building coal facilities, but Biden is more interested is still cajoling them with green energy ideas, even though they seem uninterested. But most importantly, we don't want to avoid conflict with them at all costs. However, America's economy is becoming more like France. Have you seen the French riots in the streets over Macron trying to increase France's Retirement age from 62 to 64?
China is also forming treaties with long time enemies such as Saudi Arabia and Iran. Biden angers and pulls away from our traditional allies such as Saudi Arabia.
China has bought much land of the Panama Canal which allows trade between the Pacific region and Atlantic regions with Latin America and Mexico
South Korea is arming Russia, and buying oil from them.
While India isn't necessarily an ally of Russia, they are buying all of their oil, and while they traditionally are wary of China, they seem to be warming up to China.

This is the stuff that
1. Should be just laughed at and they should be embarrassed for even saying such stupidity.
2. Is not anywhere close to a function of the federal government.
