    • To be really honest, I do too. I think we all know the answer to Boston's question and add in the Bowles' experience, is a little to much.

CGM has mentioned he is a longshot, but there is always a chance. At least they are talking, which is an improvement over the formers. His father has mentioned his admiration of WSU and CGM, which doesn't hurt. CGM also has strong recruiting contacts and ties in the SE.
Above all, make the right call.

          • His contacts are obvious as we've had more southern names pop up in the last couple of months as we had during our entire time with Turgeon. There's a lot of talent in the SE. If we can get some pipelines down there and keep the ones in TX watch out.

That would be incredible with the recruiting possibilities. SIU has the Chicago area, and WSU could have the whole southern half of the country.

              • Don't forget Coach Jans will make us competive in the midlands also. I don't know who is covering Colorado but we are recruiting that State hard this year. And then there is Nigeria.

Sean Ogirri was from Colorado and things went wrong for him last year. I wonder if this will influence recruits from Colorado. I hope not.

Don't worry too much about it. Just do all you can do and let the rough end drag.

                  • Colorado is okay, but never has been known for an over abundance of good basketball players, like some states are, i.e., Texas, Illinois.

Sean was only Colorado for two years, before that back east, New Jersey perhaps? He certainly developed many of his skills before moving to Colorado, though he was outstanding in his two years there.

Remember when Nancy Pelosi said about Obamacare:
"We have to pass it, to find out what's in it".

A physician called into a radio show and said:
"That's the definition of a stool sample."

                          • Since his stellar performance at the NBPA Top 100 camp, Noel Johnson said he has heard from UCLA, UNLV and Clemson. The trio joins Georgia, Georgia Tech, Florida, Louisville, Memphis, Michigan State and Ohio State.

                            • He'll hear from everyone and a lucky few will be listed as strong interest and most (if not all) of those will be the cream of the college basketball world.

All that does not change this fact.

We had ZERO chance for Noel under the previous administration. With HCGM we at least have a shot. Every once in a while David slays Goliath but he never gets a chance to win when he doesn't bother to grab his slingshot.

                              • It seems very well possible that no other message board from our competitors for Noel has reached such volume and interest for this young man than right here on S.N. Maybe we are a long shot, but it is never over until it is over. Our vision is in the right place because he will be an awesome College player just as Cheese was and maybe even better. This fine City would love Noel Johnson as a Shocker. If we could even just get a visit---you just never know what could develop. This is SHOCKER COUNTRY!!!!!!! :bball_spin: :drum: :drum: :drum: :drum: :drum: :drum:
