At this point, we can no longer send someone to Sunrise, or pull a scholarship from someone since they have enrolled and accepted the scholarships. Since we have no available scholarships, the only way for him to come to WSU would be to walk on. From my understanding, UK has a scholarship available. In this case, there are two issues:
1. Can Humphries reclassify, and does he want to?
2. If he does, does a given school have a scholarship available?
The first point applies to everyone, and should apply equally to all (and I'm not going to assume it doesn't). The second point would seem to be a problem for WSU in 2015-16, because the Shocks are full. That's not true everywhere, and if Kentucky has an opening they have an advantage if Humphries reclassifies. No cheating required.
