Good point, 1972. It's not like they can send guys to a D-League team to get some playing time while they wait for a chance. If I were a Kentucky fan, I'd be wondering how Calipari will manage this year even with just his current roster size. Maybe it's easier when you know the guys ahead of you aren't likely to be around all that long, but WSU doesn't work that way.

At Kentucky, while you know the guys ahead of you probably won't be around that long, you also know they will just bring in a new batch of one-and-dones that will be ahead of you the next year.

I was in Vincennes, Indiana and on the campus of Vincennes University on Sunday, October 19th. Unfortunately, I can not tell you anymore or I would have to kill you.

Alright that may be a little overstated, but I did visit the new Red Skelton Museum of American Comedy which is adjacent to the Vincennes campus. Turns out Red is a Vincennes native. I did not hear any scuttlebutt about Mychal Mulder but apparently Clem Kaddidlehopper has shown strong interest in Wichita State.

Actually a very nice and well done museum that just opened this year. Vincennes is an interesting place with some very interesting history especially as it relates to George Rogers Clark.

If you are ever in Vincennes you can spend a good day at the George Rogers Clark National Historic Park, William Henry Harrison's Grouseland (a National Historic Site), St. Francis Xavier Basilica and the Red Skelton Museum. The Indiana Military Museum looked interesting as well but we did not have time to take that in.

Vincennes is roughly 60 miles north of Evansville and 60 miles south of Terre Haute so getting Mychal Mulder would be stealing one out of their backyard.

Just as an aside, Bradley is recruiting one of Mulder's teammates, 6'8" F, A.J. "Cow" Patty.

Ok, I made the nickname up, but the rest is truthful.

Great -- Chris Berman has moved to Buhler. That's all they need.

I actually looked up AJ Patty to see if he might possibly be related to Sandi Patty, the renowned gospel singer from Indiana. Looks unlikely.

Not everyone has a song written about them.

Jim Stafford sings his hit Cow Patti on the Smothers Brothers Show.

I was hoping someone would pick up on that! I actually had my picture taken with Jim Stafford as a kid, not long after that song was on the radio.

What kid didn't want a moped called Flame?

If a slot was to open, Mulder would be one for us to truly consider. Mr. Carter has already been a great addition from this same Juco team. Mulder is a playa!!!!!!!

Nick Wiggins was there as well. Willy Wiley of Evansville and Loomis Gerring of MSU played there last year.

The Season we marched to the Final 4 was one where we had injuries galore. Nick Wiggins helped us with his offense to assist us in some close wins. His Senior Season Nick improved his Defense
and even was assigned to guard some very good foes at times which was nice to see. Player development here is ongoing and refreshing to witness. We should follow Mr. Mulder with a fine-tooth-comb
to see how he does this Season.

That's the only tweet I saw mentioning WSU.

Nothing from any recruiting people/sites to back the claim up ATM.
