That'll help him shed some weight/fat and help his strength if he goes about it right. It's a hell of a work out and could help his cardio some as well. I can't wait to have him in Wichita!

I've tried P90X and would recommend the Insanity program instead. Note, both P90X and Insanity are both offered by beach body.

Player of the Year
Shaquille Morris, 6’8 C, Edmond Memorial

Morris has long been one of the most talented players in Oklahoma. In previous seasons, he had flashed the ability to be a game changer thanks to his size, natural strength and great athleticism for a man his size. But this season, the future Wichita State Shocker was a season changer, as he dominated the 6A level.


In better shape, Morris was much more active on the glass and on many nights threaten to break backboards with multiple rim rattling slams. On defense he clogged the paint for Memorial, blocking and altering shots while also rebounding at a high rate. Offensively, he required constant attention as he often overpowered the opposition for easy points.


During the middle of the season, Morris’ point guard Jordan Woodard suffered a hamstring injury. The big man picked up the slack and started putting up 20 plus points and 10 plus rebounds much more often. Morris’ game stayed elevated even when Woodard returned and the big man was one of the biggest reason why Edmond Memorial won Class 6A.

His jump shot is better than I imagined it was. If we ca start recruiting that OKC/Edmond area well it will pay divedends. Some good players come out of there.
