Shaq may very well be the best Senior in Oklahoma. Regardless of that, when he gets here, he will be motivated to improve, develop his skills and get stronger. I am very excited about Shaq being a Shocker. What a cool basketball name.

I doubt it will take much of a push for him to get motivated after he sees what is possible after what has happened this year, he is going to be a monster.

My biggest problem with Durley WAS the fact he wanted to shoot the 3. There were many times we needed him in the post but he wanted to wander around the arc. Did he pull his man to him? Yes but many times we needed a presence under the basket. Would I have traded him for anyone else? No

as I look at this McDonalds All American basketball game I see a bunch of dudes that I wrecked over the summer.... its actually funny lol

I really enjoyed this and am eager to see Shaq play for us.

Gonna be tough to move him of the low block when he posts up. Anybody trying to back him down with the old butt-bump may find themselves falling over forward, cause there's a lot to move. Looks like a gps and a lunch box will be required gear for getting around one of his screens.

I did catch some of the All Star Game just to watch Andrew. If Shaq last summer was having his way with some of the bigs that played in that game, he just very well may be quite the rotation player for us, even as a Frosh.. He seems to already have a strong body and Kerry will see to it that he gets much stronger. 3G finds us solid players that are much better than advertised. Then they develop into even better and improved players here.

When was the last time that signing with Wichita St. actually made a recruits stock go up? It is usually.the other way. I know this kid can play. But I also think his signing has helped him in regards to awards.

Shaq may make things unpleasant for our foes, even as a Freshman. Can you imagine his frame and abilities as he starts his journey through this Program and develops? WOW!!! I still really like how well he has played versus players that were in the All Star Game. Shaq is not intimidated by them which fits the mold we need here.

Our Coaching Staff finds players like this that can come in and compete against the best of the best. Give us 13 solid players that play like what we have been fielding and watch all of them play a key team-role for our Shockers. On a Season befuddled with injuries, it was amazing what the remaining players did to step up their role. If that does not happen, we don't Dance.
