    I mean...
    1. He's only gonna play one year more than likely.
    2. His brother is only gonna play at Wichita St. for one more year so they could be teammates.
    3. The Shocker program has one of the Top-5 coaches in college basketball.
    4. Support for the program is one of the BEST in the country.
    5. AND..........the team just came off a Final Four tear who has enough talent to REPEAT!!!

I just don't get it. It would seem like a no-brainer to me. Oh well....do what everyone else does young man. Go get that vanity. And good luck!!! Sincerely!!!
    Counterpoint:

There is nothing vain about wanting to play at a school that's been known for basketball for the better part of a century and to play with others who are at the top of their level.

There is a lot vain about wanting to be the one and only shining star at a school and think you will be the sole reason they'd have a shot at a National Championship.
The truth will set you free. But first, it will piss you off.

Hey, KC, I have a Powerball ticket -- give it a rest. I'm planning to win.

So don't be surprised when they announce a new assistant coach in a day or two....

That "Stabbed in the back" tweet by Nick makes a little more sense now.

                  • 3G should get an assist on this one and Bill should throw in a home/home.

                    • I definitely wouldn't be surprised to see KU's open assistant coach position filled by Wiggins dad here in the next few days.

                      • Damn, are you guys cynical much? Do you think everyone is on the take? Maybe Andrew just felt it was the best place for him. If we couldn't get him, I'm glad it's KU.

                        • He is dead to me. We will still finish the season better than KU again next year.

                          • Andrew who? As HCGM does: Once they don't want WSU, I no longer care! :)

                              • Why would Andrew be dead to you? He is a great player and the brother of one of our players. What I hope is that this spurs Nick on and he has an absolutely breakout season but not to try to show his brother up but to show that he, too, has some pretty good moves.
