The thing that is so discerning to me is why not young man??? In a world of so much materialistic values and soooo much vanity at the top of most peoples minds (especially young peoples)....why is it sooooooooooooo impossible for a young 5-star player to see the forest through the trees???
I mean...
1. He's only gonna play one year more than likely.
2. His brother is only gonna play at Wichita St. for one more year so they could be teammates.
3. The Shocker program has one of the Top-5 coaches in college basketball.
4. Support for the program is one of the BEST in the country.
5. AND..........the team just came off a Final Four tear who has enough talent to REPEAT!!!
I just don't get it. It would seem like a no-brainer to me. Oh well....do what everyone else does young man. Go get that vanity. And good luck!!! Sincerely!!!FINAL FOURS:

3. Self. Williams. Calipari. It seems Marshall isn't a "no-brainer" amongst this list of very successful coaches.
4. Kansas. North Carolina. Kentucky. It seems Marshall isn't a "no-brainer" amongst this list of the best supported programs in the country.
5. Kentucky will have more talent on their roster than anyone else in the country. North Carolina is generally ranked higher than the Shox in the preseason polls. Kansas is in the same ballpark as WSU next year.
Yes, the possibility to play with his brother can happen only at WSU, but please don't act like this is an unexplainable decision if he chooses somewhere other than Wichita State.

what does playing with his brother gain him?? his goal is to learn, get better and improve his draft stock, he should go where he thinks he can achieve those, playing with your brother is a lame excuse to make when choosing a program to attend.

This might come as a surprise for a lot of you, but not everyone wants to be a Shocker.

For those who think Nick has a special bond with Andrew and that's why Andrew would come here...keep in mind Andrew has not seen his brother play even ONCE. Not to mention the fact that Nick's parents have been here maybe one time. Nick is an after thought with that family and it's really sad. All they are concerned with is Andrew's payday.
Originally posted by XManCometh View PostFrom what I've read/heard, KU has actually been the #2 team behind Florida State lately in the recruiting game. So apparently Bill is playing whatever game you think the Wiggins family is hosting.

And how many times have AW's parents gone to see AW play? They live in Canada and he's playing in West Virginia.Originally posted by BleacherReportFred VanVleet on Shockers' 3-Pt Shooting Confidence -- ' Honestly, I just tell these guys to let their nuts hang.'

However, there are some rumors going around that FSU's overseas trip this year might hurt their chances, as his host-mother has said he doesn't want to attend summer school. FSU is the only one of the four with a summer trip.
I don't see Kentucky at all.Originally posted by BleacherReportFred VanVleet on Shockers' 3-Pt Shooting Confidence -- ' Honestly, I just tell these guys to let their nuts hang.'
