Hawkins will be solid, but I wouldn't count him in the fold until he is officially academically eligible. (And, if he gets eligible one might wonder if he went the Derrick Rose route since kids that score an 8 on the ACT the first time through don't usually end up with the required score on subsequent test unless, of course, World Wide Wes is involved.) I'd also be a tad bit concerned about a kid that gets suspended from the team during the season.

Is this Creighton poster claiming to know his ACT score? Surely this basketball program wouldn't allow this information out. How low can you get?

sCUm also was recruiting DH and missed out because he couldn't qualify (reportedly).

Also P'unk really struck me as "gifted" or was it just "special" oh never mind.

Dunbar beat Thurgood Marshall on Thursday, who is the other really good team in the area.
Teddy had a good game on the boards & defensively, but Dunbar did not shoot the ball particularly well.
Dunbar plays Cincy Taft in the Regional Final to go to State.
This will be a big time test for Teddy, as Taft has a number of big time athletes, including Adolphus Washington, an OSU football recruit who stands 6'6" & weighs in at 265#.
Although a football guy, Washington is a very good basketball player too.Above all, make the right call.
