Wasn't he listed in the top 10 in Mullen's summer juco showcase which includes all juco players in the top 100?

Well, its better than high school and he's dominating. Also of note that he was one of the top 3 at the JUCO top 100 (all divisions) and a top 20 ranked JUCO recruit and an NBA SG prospect and he chose the Shox over Washington St, SDSU, and Bama (among others). If you can play you can play. It helps that he's 6-8 and athletic.

Early is next year. 2012. Watson (Chipola) will be the year after. 2013

Early's last three games:

24 pts, 8 rebs (Hostos CC)
33 pts, 9 rebs (The Thomas School - looks like another prep school opponent)
21 pts, 11 rebs (Monroe CC)

According to his stats page at the NJCAA site, through 3 games against college opponents, Early is averaging 27 pts and 10 rebounds.

Right now, the knock on him is his 3FG, where he is just 2 of 16 (12.5%). FT are good at 37 of 45 (82%).

Pretty sure that his percentages will be just fine. Not everybody can start the season on fire like our own DK
