    What’s next for former WSU star Ron Baker after being released by the Knicks

    One thing I will not be worrying about is Ron Baker's financial security and his future prospects. Somehow I think he will get by with a little help from his friends.

    My guess is that Ron may give the Gatorade League a try for a year or two if he isn't picked up by an NBA team and if that doesn't lead back to the NBA he might go overseas to finish out his playing career. Not sure what his chances are of being picked up by another NBA team. Whatever he decides you know he is going to give it everything he has.

      Sounds like Fizdale loves him, he even said he would hire him as an assistant. If I were Ron and no NBA teams were calling, I would start a business with my earnings. Who here would not buy Ron Baker products?
