I'm not scared to throw this out there, mainly because I think this team is (or will be as good as) it's recent predecessors...Lets say they drop 1 or 2 more games this season (including St Lew) What's their seed? What if they win out?

23-8: 11 seed
22-9: 12 seed (bubble in)

That's a tough debate because it depends on what so many other teams do for the remainder of the season. I think we've already blown our chance at a 1, 2 or 3 seed but I think depending on the circumstances, an argument could be made for any other seed. There seems to be a lot of parity this year in college basketball.

I had concluded that a seed higher than 6 was very unlikely; as the season continues to unfold perhaps the Shockers will be seeded as high as 6. IMO the committee will never seed the Shockers as a 4 or 5 in this year's tourney.
