It's pretty much in meltdown mode. Mason was awful, they suck on the road, Self can't make adjustments, etc.

Even the hardest of hardcore WSU fans have to concede that playing in the Big 12, in Allen Fieldhouse and on ESPN every single game is quite the draw for a player. Plus Perry figured he'd be learning from Danny Manning all four years. I can't blame the kid. He chose what he thought was best for him and it probably still is. He's thriving up there. Can't blame him for his teammates crapping the bed all the time in the tournament. Perry is also a quiet kid and I don't think HCGM's brand of tough love coaching was going to be a good fit for him.

Kansas is going to be pissed coming off this loss when Kentucky comes to town Saturday. I got a bad feeling Kansas is going smoke Kentucky Saturday at least for once most of you will be rooting for Kentucky for a change.

I really don't have a problem for rooting for Kentucky one game, don't care for Calapari, but Self isn't much different going for the quick fix with the one a dones. Don't much care for most Ku fans, they for the most part are arrogant and are dismissive of the Shockers. Kentucky fans at least gave us some credit for our game a few years back.

Perry is the only thing holding that program together the last few years and arguably the only missing piece to a Wichita State program that has finished ahead of the "flagship" the last 3, going on 4 years.

He would have fit in beautifully.
