Uni's run of being .500 or better in conference is all but over. They have to run the table vs everyone but UE and WSU just to get to 9-9.

They could get to 9-9 but I don't see how. They are going to continue to wear down as the season goes on, making winning, especially on the road, even more difficult.

At large hopes still alive though. Moved to next 32 out.

Oh and wait, we'll see how things are next year.

I'm not really crazy about UNI's fall. For the foreseeable future we will be part of the MVC and it does WSU absolutely no good for any of the other teams that have experienced success to fail. We have enough on our plate, as a conference, bringing up the fortunes of the Bradleys, MSUs, etc.

The same reason why Bama, Tulsa, Iowa and USC beat us, missing their PG.

Maybe those two top 15 teams would have received more respect if there were more than two top 100 teams in the conference. Failures by the others does not help us.
