Nice! We were mainly talking about those without Cox cable subscriptions, but that's still good information for those with it.

I think he was just making a point that it's not blacked out for Cox people trying to watch it on espn360.com, even if you are in the Mo Valley Conference area. That may not be obvious to a Cox subscriber traveling in the Mo Valley Conference area, that they can still watch the game even if they aren't at home?

Yes, it wasn't clear to me if @vancedave56: had Cox and was out of town or if he didn't have Cox and was out of town.

Yes, I am a Cox customer in Wichita, but will be in a very small town in Eastern Kansas where I have Dish Network and internet. So, will it be blacked out even though I am a registered Cox customer, just because I am still in Kansas?

I think in Beakerland they call that a "quality" loss.

The Shox games are blacked out in the Missouri Valley area.

Bottom line: If you live outside of the Missouri Valley Conference area, and have a cable subscription with ESPN, then you can watch Cox's broadcast of the Shockers at espn360.com.

I believe @wufan: was correcting just the "EXCEPT" part of @Kung Wu:'s post.

While I do not condone any sort of piracy, blackouts based on geography for a product which I have already paid for are another matter. Sometimes I prefer to watch a game on my computer using espn3 instead of on cox22 (which I pay for... I need good internet). For this, I use hotspot shield to bypass regional blackouts. Mods, delete this if you feel it necessary, but I am in no way condoning any form of piracy here.

Game may be blacked out on ESPN3 in KC. The game looks to be on Metro Sports on Time Warner.

St. Johns lost to D2 St. Thomas Aquinas by 32 points. Need to be ready and not take the opponent lightly. Not that we will but still crazy.

Isn't St. Johns the team picked last (just behind Creighton) in the BIG EAST?

Losing to a team by 32 isn't taking the opponent lightly. It is simply getting rolled by a better team.

Thanks for that tip. The main reason I keep Time Warner Cable is for that channel now that it is TWC Sports Channel. I don't know any other carriers that would carry it.
