ESPN3 tends to have an unfortunate blackout radius. Maybe something changed this year, but that's the way it's been.

With the players first real game coming out of practice, it could get ugly. Fouls aren't called in practice, and reports are that they're going to be called on a lot of things that haven't been called in the past.

Be prepared for a foul fest, no flow to the game, 100 FT's shot, multiple foul outs, players picking up 5 fouls in 10 minutes.

I'm predicting at least one Wall of Shaq occurrence.

We like to cut down nets and get sized for championship rings.

This is a basketball game, not a Baylor vs KU football game

ESPN3 rebroadcasts Cox's feed during games. So if you have a cable subscription with ESPN (or SlingTV), then you can go to espn360.com, authenticate against your cable provider and watch the games from anywhere in the country -- EXCEPT where the games have been blocked out. The Shox games are blacked out in the Missouri Valley area.

Bottom line: If you live outside of the Missouri Valley Conference area, and have a cable subscription with ESPN, then you can watch Cox's broadcast of the Shockers at espn360.com.

But the students tore the goal posts down anyway. It was a moral victory.
