2. Kudo's to MSU fans for creating a great atmosphere, except the squealling bag who ruined the broadcast because ESPN3 must have had a lavalier mike right on her less than amble bossom.

Well I guess the female MSU fan that was at the MVC baseball tourney at Eck a few years ago still lives. Meth has not claimed her as of yet, unfortunately.

He knew we had the jump ball. He knew how much time was left, and he just laid down on it knowing that ref was gonna just let the clock run out. There was just enough time left that it looked funny so they had to go head and call a jump ball, but by the time they did, barely any time was left.

And he had the wherewithal to know that instead of using a timeout, let the clock run and get the jump ball.

Missouri State jumped out to a 42-24 lead at the half and pushed that lead to 54-35 with 12 minutes left in regulation.

That’s when Wichita State began their run, outscoring Missouri State 29-10 over that stretch to force the extra frame. Cleanthony Early led the way with 22 points and 14 boards, while Fred VanVleet finished with 16 points and four assists in an off night. Ron Baker chipped in with 15 points.

60-64 MSU and Fred took it to the rim, collision, somehow the shot went in. And one. Could have been a charge.

I didn't even realize the shot went in (mostly because I thought it had no chance and I was watching the contact). Definitely could have been called a charge. Bob Hull said he thought it was called a block because the MSU player was on the lane arc. I don't think I could tell for sure from the replays I saw.

An amazing comeback, but credit to MSU. The Shocks, even after gaining the upper-hand could never put them away until the final buzzer in OT.

Best win of the season IMO. Just tremendous persistence and maturity shown by this team.

Aww nothing much, just came back from 19 down in the second half on the road against a current top 100 RPI team and won it in overtime.

I think msu could be the next best team in this league minus that Loloya game. They have good potential there.

Best comeback I have seen.....what a game, knew we would male a run, but 19 down with 11 minutes, still cant believe what I saw. Vanvleets 3 pt play at the end, I didnt even see it go in. Just a great game,have to give Missouri State props, they couldnt miss the first half. Like I was saying, this will not be a cakewalk. Everybody who follows the Valley knows this is a 3pt shooting league and when some team gets hot its going to be a long night. Most teams would have folded being down 19 late in second half.....what a great coach and team.....I just dont know if I can handle to many games like this. 17-0 baby

The announcers said it was a blocking foul because the defender was already starting to fall back before the contact. He said because of the new rule, the defender has to take the full brunt of the contact for it to be a charge (even though I've seen the same type of play called a charge in other games).
