You'll have to forgive Boob Lootz's attendance trends at CKA. He and his buddy Dion Lefler are very busy with the local chapter of Homes for Heros - Journalist Program. They raise funds for the construction of new residential safe spaces for journalists who have had their feelings hurt and/or otherwise encountered opinions that differed from their own. Really worthy cause. Amazing the unspoken emotional trauma they endure.

Been wondering what the deal was with that Dion Lefler guy, he’s written two articles that aren’t too favorable, wu shock must’ve shocked his ex or something.

      • Reading a post that says Boob Lootz will never not make my day brighter. I love it.

That was his first comment about what players wanted. It strikes me that development was something the players identified as missing in the program. That's pretty much in line with a lot of opinions on SN.
That was our problem we had 3 primarily recruiters out of 5 on the staff. Pierre, Waterman and IB were primarily recruiters first. When we had Jans, Forbes and Marshall they were all three tacticians.

My wife practices this style of leadership but calls it "Husband Leader".
You forget that I have met your wife several times and I believe she practices the Whip or carrot technique as far as you are concerned.

Whip like Chuck Rhoades and his "therapist" in Billions? Or whip like Amish buggy operator?

I wish. More like she makes me eat Miracle Whip ... with carrots.

                • Tuned in just as they were talking about. Said they weren't invited to do their show from Koch, then something about not being invited at all. Would think they would reach out to do their show from Koch. Believe ADKS would love the publicity but maybe there are rules with ESPN plus airing it, or he has listened to the show in the past and he had enough.

                    Oh, the ego.

                    • Saw someone ask this question, here’s the non-religious answer on servant leadership.

“Servant Leadership is a non-traditional leadership philosophy, embedded in a set of behaviors and practices that place the primary emphasis on the well-being of those being served.”

                      • Religious or secular, it boils down to “sacrifice/strive for the good of the other”

                        • I like servant leadership because, if executed properly, it builds bridges from Gen Y/Z and us boomers.

it’s not really hard to get young people to follow you if you show them that their career and well-being are important and validate them as human beings.

The young folks are definitely different from boomers and it’s because they watched what their parents went through. They will work super hard if you relate to them as people.

                              I'm very confused.

What did young folks see their parents go through?
