Will his contract match that at least of IB's. Are looking at 1.5 first year? Do we know that yet? Speculation?

I'm pretty sure he was making peanuts at ORU. I'd be surprised if he matched IBs salary or term. Hopefully we've learned our lesson and would think he'd say yes to the tune of 1M for 4 years with hopefully a lower buyout. That might double his salary.

Vanover would be on his 4th or 5th school. I doubt the NCAA is gonna give him any more freebies.

He was making $500k at ORU. No idea about bonuses or incentives.
