Wasn't announced yet officially by WSU but Taylor posted it a couple days ago.

        • Man, I’m excited for next year, but gotta have some news to run on at least. Otherwise the off season is gonna draaaag.

Some “leaks” are good, particularly when letting Taylor be as thorough as he is

          • Just saw that Moussa Cisse is in the portal.

A lot of guys seem to have committed over the weekend.
Infinity Art Glass - Fantastic local artist and Shocker fan
            RIP Guy Always A Shocker
Carpenter Place - A blessing to many young girls/women
ICT S.O.S - Great local cause fighting against human trafficking
Wartick Insurance Agency - Saved me money with more coverage.
Save Shocker Sports - A rallying cry

John Ruiz (Life Wallet) paid Nigel Pack $800K for two years. Pack is good, and will take a hefty check, but he's not worth $400K per. Our own PG got a new car, and I think he was a better value. It's just as much, being smart and paying what players are worth, and letting overpaid prima's walk.

Craig Porter's stat line wasn't as good, but Pack wouldn't have done as well on our team either. CP was pretty good the last half of the year, when other players were doing more. Paying for a car, is much smarter imo.

Will Cisse have to sit out after transferring once? Why do you think he hit the portal? It makes no sense.

Boynton has recruited a McDonald's AA at Center next year, but Cisse would have still divided time. Cisse shared the Starting Center position with Boone, but Boone is transferring too.

Cisse will never be a great offensive player, but he's good at defense. Any way you look at it, Cisse averaged 6.8 points and 8 rebounds, and his best of 1.9 Blocks. Not earth shattering, but really not better than Kenny Pohto (although he played against better players, but still not sold that Cisse is an overall improvement over Kenny).

The 6'll guy (German) we had in over the weekend, is probably as good too.

I imagine over the next few years, some NILs will come down to earth when boosters realize they're not getting a return on their investment.

All kidding aside, I think most of us are being patient and want to see an influx of talent.

                        • Not gunna lie ; I’m a little surprised Mills couldn’t land German during his visit. Doesn’t seem like it would be a very hard sale once you get him in front of you when your a good coach ; in a good/better conference ; at a good program without a starting center and when you have a previous good relationship with the kid…. Seems like a really really easy sale at that point for a salesmen . Little concerned to be honest ; would be nice if our coach was a shark sales man. Plenty of non NIL power houses landing good players. Maybe this week

Germany probably has a specific school in mind and weighing options in case that school doesn't come through. He even posted "not committed" on his announcement of the visit. It also could be that he wants shop a little.

                            • It could be that Germany isn’t WSU’s top target either.

Could be saving the hard sale for other options.
